The hotel's location is in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is easily accessible by public transportation, and the road leading to it doesn't experience the usual Nairobi traffic. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, with clean rooms and basic kitchen equipment that are perfect for self-catering. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Susan and the admin guy whose name I can't recall. The hotel's garden is lush and provides a serene environment to relax in.
Nothing, all aspects of this hotel were excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, including a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden to relax in. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The location by taxi was convenient, with easy access to Lake View Estate through a road that didn't have crazy Nairobi traffic.

We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the studio rooms, as well as the well-equipped facilities for self-catering. The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel at home. The hotel's location in a quiet and serene neighborhood was a bonus, and it was easy to find transportation to explore the city. The hotel is conveniently close to a shopping center, allowing us to easily buy supplies for our meals.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen and a decent bathroom. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to transportation. It was convenient for our purposes and within walking distance of where our daughter was staying. We enjoyed the green and quiet surroundings and felt very safe. The hotel also had free parking on the grounds, which was a bonus. the best aspects were the friendly staff, cleanliness, convenient location, and the well-equipped room.
