We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our experience exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and definitely the best part of our stay. The location in the center of this city was perfect, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy various events.

The location in the city center was perfect, right across from the Parliament. The hotel provided excellent security and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. The service from the concierge, restaurant, and housekeeper was exceptional. The skin care products provided were of a good brand. As an IHG member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive mobile wifi that could be used outside of the hotel as well.
Couldn't fault anything during my stay.

The staff were fantastic, ensuring quick check-in and offering discount coupons for restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym and spa. The location, right next to the Nairobi Exhibition Center, was convenient for our business trip. The breakfast was good and the atmosphere by the pool in the evenings was awesome.
Don’t have any issues at all.
